The Offal Network -Official ORGAN of Specialty meats...A Forum for buyer's and seller's marketing high quality Offal & Specialty meats for both human consumption and for raw Pet food: Markets will be listed by region. Categories by animal/product, each category having a lounge for chat. Products by 'USDA' for human consumption, or 'Pet.' It is the responsibility of the registered member's of this forum to understand applicable federal, state, and local laws, and understand food safety. Offal, for our uses pertains to any part of the animal. Specialty Meats pertains to any meat product. While certain poultry products have specific boards, any animal food product that can be legally offered and sold under federal, state, and local law is allowed in the Miscellaneous sections. Food products offered on this forum are free of antibiotics and animal byproduct feed. We assume these animals are treated humanely throughout their lives, and humanely killed. Some of these products are USDA packed for human consumption, and some are for pet food. Another ongoing assumption is that all these products are produced and packaged at the highest standards. The Offal-network does not host financial transactions or any other service except introductions. We urge our member's to meet their client's personally if at all possible. The only way we can keep this clean and legitimate is by policing ourselves. Report problems. Problem individual's will have opportunity to rebut. Read on: Caveat Emptor: Buyer beware!! Same goes for sellers! Offal Network recommends that client transactions be conducted carefully. Offal Network can only "Ban" abusive members. Use common sense. Offal Network can't help you very much...but the snail mail still has muscle... On that note, quality standards are difficult to enforce, prove, and monitor online - naturally - so issues of quality which receive notice will be accepted and rejected solely at the discretion of the Offal Network staff.
